Mango Mambo

"You'll Need:

200 g plain yoghurt, chilled 3 pcs ice cubes, cracked 3 cans (240 cl each) DEL MONTE Mango Delight Juice Drink, chilled 2 Tbsp sugar

Procedures : 1 BLEND yoghurt and ice cubes until smooth. 2 ADD DEL MONTE Mango Delight and sugar. Blend for 2 seconds. "

Holiday Bubbly

"You'll Need:

2 cans (240 cl each) DEL MONTE Sweetened Orange Juice Drink, chilled 2 cans (240 cl each) DEL MONTE Pineapple Guava Juice Drink, chilled 1 can (330 ml) Sprite, chilled

Procedures : 1 COMBINE juices. 2 ADD Sprite just before serving. "

Bellini Cocktails

"You'll Need:

2 ounces peach nectar 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 ounce peach schnapps crushed ice 3 ounces chilled dry champagne

Procedures : Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add 1/2 cup (or more) crushed ice and stir. Add champagne. "

Coconut Brandy Bowl

"You'll Need:

3 Oz. Brandy 1 1/2 Oz. Banana Liqueur 2 Large Can Coconuts Ice Crushed

Procedures : Slice off the eyes of the coconuts; drain and save the milk. Gouge out the meat of the coconuts; saving as much milk from that as possible. Combine the brandy, banana liqiueur, and all the coconut milk in a blender with 3-4 oz. of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for 15 seconds. Serve th drink in the two coconut shells."

Innocent Passion

"You'll Need:

4 Oz. Passion Fruit Syrup 1 Dash Cranberry Juice 1 Dash Lemon Juice Top With Club Soda

Procedures : Garnish with a cherry and long straw."

Blueberry Freeze

"You'll Need:

1 oz. vodka 1/4 oz. wild-berry schnapps 1 oz. cream of coconut 2 oz. blueberries 1 1/2 oz. pineapple, crushed 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 8 oz. crushed ice 1 tbsp. whipped cream

Procedures : Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour into specialty glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries"

Muddy River

"You'll Need:

1 1/4 oz. coffee brandy 3 oz. Half-and-Half 4 oz. crushed ice

Procedures : Shake all ingredients well. Pour into rocks glass."
